Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Frosting:
1/4 c. water
12 large marshmallows
3 T. cocoa powder
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except the nuts. Stir in the nuts, then pour into an 11x15 pan, greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

For the frosting, heat the water, marshmallows, and cocoa in a double boiler until melted. Cool and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency and ice the cooled brownies.
