½ cup margarine
¾ cup peanut butter
1 egg
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 ¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Beat together the margarine, peanut butter, egg, sugar and brown sugar. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Drop 1 tbsp, inch apart. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack till completely cooled.
