2 lbs. chopped venison
1 large onion, chopped
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1 tsp.garlic salt
4 cups cooked wild rice (about 1 cup uncooked)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
tsp. sage
8 ounces mushroom pieces (optional)
1 green pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute venison, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in oil, brown meat well. Blend in soup with broth, garlic salt, and sage. Stir soup mixture into meat. Mix with cooked wild rice. Place in buttered 3 quart casserole. Bake covered 45 - 60 minute at 350.

Note - I used some cooked white or brown rice (about cup uncooked) with same ingredients. Can add milk if it seems dry. Serves 6 - 8 .
