1-1 1/2lb ground beef, 2-4 garlic cloves minced, 1 large can tomatoe sauce -30oz , 1tsp sugar, 1tsp salt, 1/2 lb pasta of your choice cooked, 8oz cream cheese, 8oz sour cream, 4 green onions sliced thinly, 8 oz chedder cheese grated

Cook ground beef till no longer pink, add next 4 ingred. Reduce heat and simmer covered. While sauce is simmering, cook and drain pasta and put in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, set aside. In a med sized mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream till well combind,add green onions mix well. After sauce has simmered for about fifteen minutes spoon over pasta. next spoon cream cheese mixture over sauce and carefully spread to edges of pan with an offset spatula. Does not have to be perfect, then sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake in preheated 350º oven for 20-30 minutes or till bubbly. Cool a bit and enjoy..
