4 pound ribs
1 onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tea mustard
1 tea chili powder
1/4 cup brown sugar ( packed )
1/4 cup soy
1 cup oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 stak celery
Juice of one lemon
A dash of tabasco, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder
Mix ingredient and marinade over night and grill
