"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Melt chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring until blended. Remove from heat. Gradually blend in milk. In separate bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Gradually blend in chocolate mixture, coconut and nuts. Pour into pie crust. Bake 375º for 45-50 minutes or until puffed or brown. Filling will be soft but will set while cooling. Cool at least 4 hours before cutting. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking.
