1 small package strawberry Jell-O
8 oz Cool Whip
1 C Chopped Strawberries
1 C Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1/2 C Cold Water
2/3 C Boiling Water
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Lime slice (garnish)
Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into Strawberry Jell-O mix until dissolved.
In a 1 Cup mixing cup add 1/2 C cold water, add chip ice until water makes 1 cup. stir into Jell-0 mixture until thick, make sure ice is melted or remove extra ice chips.
Add whip topping, Stir with wire whisk until blended. Stir in chipped strawberries.
refrigerate 20-30 minutes or until mixture is very thick.
Spoon into crust, refrigerate 6 hours

Garnish with sliced strawberries and a lime slice
