cup white wine vinegar
2 TBLSP sweet chilli sauce (or use chilli paste and 1 TBLSP sugar)
1 TBLSP sesame oil
1 TBLSP grated fresh ginger
4 minced garlic cloves
2 TSP (or more) chilli pepper flakes
cup vegetable oil

Grate some carrots.
Thinly slice green onion.

Use cooked WW vermicelli or spaghettini.
