4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and cooled
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt/pepper
Directions:
Directions:
combine bacon, peas, cheese and eggs. Stir in mayo, lemon juice & s/p.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

I'm not a fan on peas but this is good.
