6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate or frozen strawberries
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
14 ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Blend on high until well mixed. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth. May add raw egg or frozen banana chunks. If using banana, reduce sugar to 1 Tbsp.

Half orange juice concentrate and half frozen strawberries is also good.

Makes 5 cups.
