1 can evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
3 egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1⅓ cups shredded sweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine evaporated milk, brown sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat, add pecans and coconut. Cool to room temperature before frosting.
