5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp white sugar
1 lb lard (tenderflake or schneider's)
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix first 4 ingredients together
2. Cut in lard . Do not overmix
3. Make a well and add the mixture of eggs and milk.
4.Gently mix together
5. Make into 2 balls.
6. Roll out into pies
