Stuffing Recipe

1 pound sausage meat
2 onions
2 stocks of celery
2 apples
1 tbsp sage
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1 1/4 cups chicken stock
10 cups bread
1/2 cup parsley

Cook sausage meat until it is no longer pink

Add diced onions and celery and cook for 3 minutes

Stir in diced apples,sage,thyme and marjoram (I sometimes use just poultry seasoning)
Add chicken stock ,bread and parley
Season with salt and pepper

Put into buttered casserole dish ( I sometimes use 2 smaller dishes and freeze one)

cover for 45 minutes
uncover for 15 minutes

I don't make stuffing often so I prefer to just use this recipe
