4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. potato flour
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Beat egg yolks. Add flour bake in deep round pan or cake ban Bake 350F 30 min.
Filling: 2 egg yolks beat 3/4 tsp potato flour 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. milk. Mix all ingredients except vanilla in double broiler and cook until thick and smooth. Add vanilla and cool
Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. water lemon juice or almond extract. Spread over cake. Decorate with frosting made of powdered sugar egg whites, almond flavoring and kind of jelly
