1/2 cup butter softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups heath toffee bits

Optional melted chocolate chips for dipping
Optional chopped pecans for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Combine flour and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture to batter. Beat until well blended. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by round teaspoons onto parchment or silicone lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350º 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely. You can dip halves of each cooled cookie into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. You could also drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
