1 bag southern style hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
8 oz sour cream
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1 onion, diced
3 c. shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thawed hash browns, chopped onion, and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix in both cream soups, sour cream, salt, and 2 cups of the cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese.

Cook for 30-45 minutes in 350 F oven until bubbly.
