1 cup canned evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks, slighly mixe with a whisk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
2. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and whisk in egg yolks.
3. Cook and still over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble. Then cook for about nine minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour over coconut and pecans and mix.

Can be made ahead if necessary, then frost the cake!
