Mam's Cheese Ball Recipe

Glenna Bulls


2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. pimento
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
dash cayenne and salt


1 lb. cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
green pepper
grated garlic
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
dash tabasco

Combine ingredients. Roll in chile powder and paprika. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers
