1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chocolate chips, your preference--semi sweet/milk chocolate etc
2 cups finely chopped nuts--pecans or walnuts

Optional topping:
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until light & fluffy. Gradually beat in milk. Mix in cracker crumbs and then add nuts. Stir in chocolate chips. Lightly grease mini muffin tins or use mini foil baking cups. Fill three-fourths full. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes or until set. For chocolate lovers, you can melt additional chocolate chips and drizzle over the tops.
