½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped green pepper
½ t. garlic powder
3 T. oil
1 qt. tomatoes (1 lb)

1 8 oz. can tomato paste
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
⅛ t. Tabasco sauce

2 - 3 cups cut up cooked chicken
4 c. cooked rice
cornstarch and water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and saute until tender.
Add next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 30 minutes.
Blend 1 t. cornstarch with 2 t. water. Stir in mixture.
Add chicken, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Serve over Rice.
