Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups yellow corn grits
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
1 lb sausage ( chopped)
1 cup onion
2 tea shredded cheese
1/2 cup green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to a pressure cooker.
Saute onions with the sausage and salt.
Cook until it brown about 5 min's
Then add the grits to the stock, water.
Now put the top on
pressure high
Cook for 30 min's
Then spoon into bowls add cheese and green onions on the top!
