1 - 5oz jar Roka Blue cheese
1 - 5oz Old English cheese
2 - 8oz pkg cream cheese
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion salt
Chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix together cheeses and seasonings.
2) Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3) Take out of the fridge and form into a ball.
4) Roll in chopped walnuts.
5) Place on serving plate.


NOTE: The mixture can also be left in a bowl, without rolling in chopped walnuts.

A cheese ball usually meant a Tupperware, Pampered Chef or a Home Interiors party at the Potterville house. I would let you kids come fix a small plate after the guests got theirs and then I would send you back upstairs with Dad and out of the way.
