Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. Crushed graham crackers about 17 crackers 1/4 c. sugar 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 8 oz. package plus one 3 oz package cream cheese softened 1 quart chocolate ice cream 1/2 c. chopped semisweet chocolate pieces

Directions:	Directions: In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter or margarine; mix well. Press on bottom and 1 3/4 inches up the side of and 8 inch spring form pan. Chill In a large mixer bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer till fluffy. Set aside. Stir ice cram just to soften. gradually add cream cheese, beating with mixer till smooth. Fold in chopped chocolate. Pour into rust. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 to 40 min. top with whipped cram and additional chocolate pieces if desired
