1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1 C. canned whole cranberry sauce
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. shredded carrots
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add carrots, cranberry sauce, granulated sugar, oil and eggs; beat until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x9x2 inch pan. bake in 350º oven for 40 to 50 in or bake in a fluted 2 quart mold for 40 to 50 min. Combine confectioners' sugar and cream; drizzle over cake
