3 oz. cream cheese
3 ½ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon peppermint flavor

Directions:
Knead cream cheese and powdered sugar until forms a well mixed ball. Then add flavor and desired color and mix well. You can use a rubber mold coated with granulated sugar to form desired shapes or roll into balls and coat with granulated sugar.
