2 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 #303 can fruit cocktail (2 C. with juice)
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Blend (beat 2 min) Pour into well greased floured oblong pan 9x12x2 sprinkle 1/2 C brown sugar, 1/2 C chopped pecans over batter. bake 300º for 50 min. Frost as soon as removed from the oven. Bake 325º

Icing 1 1/2C evap milk 3/4 C sugar, 1 stick margarine, Boil 2 min. Remove from heat add 1 tsp, vanilla, 1 can coconut milk
