1 cup margarine or butter
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 t salt
2 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt margarine (or butter), remove from heat.
2. Add sugar, cocoa and eggs. Beat very well.
3. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Bake on cookie sheet (no need to grease the pan)
5. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

These are really good and chewy. No need for icing. They are light and plenty sweet enough!
