Glenna Bulls


3/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced garlic (from jar with juice)
2 tsp. crushed cumin seed
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. salt
1tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper

Add 2 tbsp. olive oil to above. Mix well and set aside. Add to bean mixture about 30 minutes before serving.

2 can. black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white hominy, rinsed and drained
1 can drained corn, (Green Giant super sweet or fresh)
14 diced roma tomatoes
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 large sweet onion, diced
2 bunches of cilantro, chopped
5 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

Mix the Bean mixture together well before adding lime mixture. Mix again & again & again!!

Also great with diced avocados.

Serve with tortilla chips
