Ingredients:  
Enough white potatoes to match the crowd, peeled and sliced
A few carrots, peeled and sliced or cut in "logs" or halves
A sweet potato or 2, if the family likes them, peeled and sliced
2 or 3 onions, cut into slices
2-3 cans tomato soup, half diluted
Enough sausages for everyone - some breakfast sausages, some italian or to taste.

1. Pre-boil the potatoes, carrots and sweet potato (if using)
2. Pre-fry the sausages.
3. Lightly sauté the onions in the same pan.
4. Layer potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes in large buttered casserole dish.
5. Sprinkle onions over it all.
6. Drizzle soup over it all.
7. Heat in 350º oven until hot (maybe 1/2 hour).
8. Serve with a story of a shipwreck...the rocks, the logs, the seaweed and the "red algae" over all.
