1 egg white
2 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. slat
3 c. nutes (walnuts, pecans, almonds- or whatever you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Line pan with foil and spray with cooking spray or olive oil.

Beat egg white until frothy.
Mix rosemary, pepper and salt into egg white.

Mix in nuts. Spread out nuts on pan.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Stirring once. Bake until Golden.
