1 package dry yeast Icing
1/3 c. sugar 1/2 C. XXX sugar
2/3 c. warm milk 2 Tsp. Milk
31/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted Crisco
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. Salt

Filling
2 tbsp. Crisco melted
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
In a large bowl dissolve years and sugar in war milk. Add 1 C. flour and beat until smooth. Add melted Crisco, beaten egg, and blend well. Add remaining flour and salt and blend until smooth but sticky. Cover and let rise until fully doubled. turn out on floured board do not punch roll 1/2" oblong 9x18. Spread with filling. Nuts optional Roll as jelly roll circle cut 2"-cover and rise until doubled bake 375 20-25 min
