Ingredients:  
6 cups sliced zucchini
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 T flour
1 1/2 t cream of tartar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
Dash of salt
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash zucchini and peel, slice lengthwise into 4 sections and remove seeds.
2. Slice like apples.
3. Put in kettle with 3/4 cup of water.
4. Cook until tender (just a few minutes), pour off excess water and cool.
5. Add rest of the ingredients.
6. Pour into favourite pie crust shell, top with second crust.
7. Bake at preheated oven 400 for 40-45 minutes (until done).
