4 lbs country ribs
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pear peeled and grated
1/3 cup hoisn sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ginger
3tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp. chilli garlic paste
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. ketcup
3 coves garlic
1 orange juice and zest
3/4 cup beef broth
chopped green onions

In bowl mix pear, hoisin, soy, ginger, sesame oil, chili, vinegar, ketcup, garlic, orange add oil to the to the pressure cooker ,Brown pork
then add the broth and sauce put the lid on cook on high for 40 min's
