2 lbs. tart Apples
1/2-3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cider
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tube refrigerator butter milk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and thinly slice apples spread in cold deep frying pan with domed lid. Thoroughly blend sugar and cinnamon. Set pan over med, low heat and let apples sweat 2 min. Sprinkle with sugar mix, lemon juice cider dot with butter. Turn down heat to gently bubbling. Place biscuits on top keeping well apart. Cover and simmer until cooked. About 30 min serve warm with ice cream.
