Shrimp with Coconut Milk and Peas Recipe

2 pounds raw shrimp
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tea salt
2 cups coconut milk
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup corn oil
2 tbsp. ginger
2 cove garlic
1 small onion
2 tea turmeric
1 tea cumin
1/2 tea mustard
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 tea coriander

In bowl marinate shrimp in the vinegar, and salt at least 1 hour
In a bowl add coconut milk, coriander, 1 cup warm water set side
in a skillet add oil went hot add ginger, onion, garlic, cook for 5 min's then add the peas, then add shrimp and liquid to the soup .Then add coconut milk .simmer for 15 min's
