Ingredients:  
1 cup milk
3 cups sugar
1 envelope or 3/4 tbsp. gelatine

Mix above ingredients and add:

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 cup margarine
Scant tsp. maple flavouring
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients except flavouring and nuts over medium heat to 238º F or soft ball stage. Remove from heat to a large mixing bowl, add flavour and let stand 10 minutes. Beat until thick, add nuts the pour in small pan. Cool and cut.

Variations:

2 squares chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
Almonds
Almond Flavour
Raisins
Pecans, etc.
