1lb. Ground meat(venison, turkey any will do)
1 15 oz. Can kidney beans drained
114 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 Packet Chili-O mix
1 green pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1 bottle or can of beer 12oz.
1 jalapeno seeded and diced(small)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro
Juice of one lime

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate all vegetables in a Tupperware container for several hours in beer.
Brown Meat in skillet with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain and set aside.
Place two tablespoon butter in pan and sauté vegetables and beer until soft will steam.
Place meat, vegetables, beans, tomatoes, spices and Chili-O mix in crock pot.
Set on med/ low in crock pot to meld flavors.
Serve with sour cream and cheese to garnish.

**Optional sometimes I add a few drops of liquid smoke to the meat.
