2 c. flour
1/4 c butter softened
1/2 c butter softened
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon (or 1 tsp. lemon juice)
2 egg yolks
5 Tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl put 2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp salt; add butter and butter. Mix until resembles small peas. Add lemon juice, egg yolks and 5 tablespoons water. Mix well, but not too much

Roll out and put in pie pan. Flute edges. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

I know, I know. Butter and butter? Maybe why Callie and I had a little trouble making pies, but we had fun!!! Tasted great though
