6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese
seasonings you like salt, pepper, garlic, I added paprika too and some scallions.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well.
Fill form 2/3 full
Put 1 cup water in instant pot,
Put the form in on cooking rack,
Cook on high pressure for 8 min, then wait 5 min after done cooking then release the rest of the pressure, let cool on counter for 5-7 min.
Turn upside down on plate and they pop out nicely.

They keep in the fridge for about 3 days but you can freeze them too.
