1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tea beef seasoning
1/8 pepper
2 cups water
2 cups tomato paste
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1/2/3 cup radiatone or nugget pasta
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

In a bowl mix milk and eggs whites, beef, bread crumbs, seasoning, pepper.
Then shape into balls about 1 min's
place on a cookie sheet,
Meanwhile mix the water, pasta sauce, mushrooms to a boil stir in the pasta.
Reduce the heat and simmer about 15 to 15 min's.
until the pasta is done sevre on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
