2 lbs ground beef
1 15 oz can tomato soup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
6 slices cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 of the soup with the mustard and set aside
2. put all the rest of ingredients in a large bowl and mix to blend
3. Shape meat mixture into 2 loaves
4. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 45 minutes
5. remove from oven and spread reserved soup over loaves, top with cheese slices
6. return to oven and bake 5 more minutes
