2 pkgs. Yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
1 c. Warm Water
1 c. Shortening
2 Eggs
⅔ c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
5 c. Flour
1 c. Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Yeast in warmed Water and add sugar. Let stand 15 minutes.
Cream Shortening and Sugar.
Add Eggs and mix well.
Add salt and 2 c. Flour, mix.
Add Boiling Water and 2 more c. Flour, combine.
Add Yeast mixture and remaining Flour.
Dough will be soft and almost soupy.
Place dough in greased bowl, cover lightly with foil and place in refrigerator over night.
Do not knead.
Two hours before baking make into rolls.
Let rise 2 hours in warm place.
Bake 400º F.
15 - 20 minutes

We grew up with Mom making these rolls for large family dinners. Thanksgiving was the best because she would make enough for us to have left overs.
