2/3 C sugar
1/4 C flour
3/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t groung nutmeg
6 C peeled, thinly sliced apples
1 deep dish frozen pie crust

CRUMB TOPPING
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C flour
1/3 C butter
1/3 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together sugar, flour, cinnamon,
nutmeg and apples. Spoon into crust

For crumb topping, combine brown sugar and flour. Cut
in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake in preheated 400º oven on preheated baking sheet
40 to 50 minutes.
