Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Egg well beaten
c. Milk (divided)
c. Cornmeal
tsp Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder rounded

Directions:
Directions:
Add about 1 tsp. Milk to beaten Egg.
Add Cornmeal, Salt, and Baking Powder and beat well
Add enough of remaining Milk to make a thin batter.
Turn fry pan or griddle to Medium High.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot greased fry pan.
Turn when the edges lace.
