1 box frozen spinach
1/3 cup cream cheese with garlic and herb
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Italian blend cheese
3 tbsp. Romano cheese
2 tbsp. shallots or onion
1/4 tea garlic powder
1/8 tea s/p
1 can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
24 paper-thin slices of smoke ham
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven 375`
In a bowl mix spinach, add all cheeses , onion garlic, s/p
Unroll the dough into 4 rectangles press all together
now cut small pc. to fit your mini muffin pan and place one in each muffin then one pc. of ham
Then add a spoon full of the cheese mixture in ec. muffin.
Bake 14 to 18 min's or until crust is golden brown
then sprinkle with parmesan cheese
