1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 can old El Pasco chopped chillis
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cups mayo
2 tbsp. cook bacon
1 tea dry onions
20 old paso jalapeno peppers drain and sliced

Directions:

Heat oven to375`
Separate each biscuit into 2 rounds
Press one round in to the bottom of a ungreased muffin cup
In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients except the jalapenos
Then put 1 heaping spoon full in each muffin and top off with jalapeno slice
Bake 13 to 19 min's or until edges are golden brown
