1 pkg. cinnamon swirl quick bread and coffee cake mix, divided
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
4 T. butter or margarine, melted, divided
4 med. Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. old-fashioned or quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray square baker with nonstick cooking spray. Remove 1/4 c. of the quick bread mix from large packet and set aside for the topping.
Combine remaining quick bread mix, water and eggs in a large batter bowl. Mix in 2 T. of the melted butter. Stir 50-75 strokes until well-blended. Spread into Baker.

Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apple slices into eighths. Arrange apple slices on top of batter.

Combine small packet of swirl mix, oatmeal, 1/4 c. of reserved quick bread mix, and 2 T. melted butter and cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly over apples.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. Serve warm or at room temperature.
