4-6 large chicken breasts – skinless/boneless
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Rice

Miscellaneous toppings: Crunchy Chinese Noodles Grated cheese, diced green peppers, celery, green onions, tomatoes and pineapple tidbits, and anything else -be creative

Directions:

Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle with soup mix and add soup. Cook on low 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked through. Shred or cube chicken and return to pot. Add sour cream and stir. When heated through turn off heat.

Serve over rice.

Sprinkle with toppings
