Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 2 Cups of milk 2 eggs ¼ teaspoon salt 1 Cup of all purpose flour 1 Tablespoon of sugar 4 Tablespoons of melted butter Pam or Coconut Oil pan spray
Directions: |
Directions: Into a blender place the following ingredients in the order listed above. Mix on a low to medium speed without incorporating too much air. Pour into a 12 in non-stick skillet and cook over a medium heat until the bottom browns and the top bubbles. Use a spatula or bowl scraper to lift edges to see if it is browned on bottom. If browned grasp the edge and flip with your hands or if you are talented enough you can flip the crepe and let it land on the opposite side in the skillet. Be sure to wipe out and spray the pan after two crepes. Stack the crepes on a plate as you cook them. After all batter is cooked, fill the crepes with the filling below. |
