1 T. Chili Powder
2 t. ground cumin
2 t. oregano
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 lb. pork shoulder
4 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 oranges juiced
2 limes juiced

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine chili powder, cumin and oregano and salt and pepper. Season pork by rubbing on all sides. Place pork, garlic, onions, and juices into slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours and on high for 4 hours. Remove pork and shred. Return to pot and season with salt and pepper. Cover and keep warm until serving.
